You can place an order for any Remastered Bosch Tool that is currently in stock. Simply add the product to your cart from a category or product page. Once you have added the product to your shopping cart, you can continue through checkout to place your order. Once you complete the checkout process, you will be emailed a receipt and confirmation when your order has been processed. 

In most cases, we also offer the opportunity to purchase the new version of the tool from one of our authorized resellers who have stock on the product.

If we are out of stock on a product, we will try and connect you with an authorized reseller who has stock on the same reconditioned product. Click the "Buy Now" button to view the list of authorized resellers for that specific product.

Once our facilty in Walnut Ridge, AR processes your order a UPS label will be generated.  When your order is processeed, you will receive an email with a tracking link from UPS with your tracking details.  We send these emails the night after UPS picks up your order for delivery.  If you are part of the UPS My Choice program, you will get alerts directly from UPS.

If you would like, you can signup to UPS My Choice if you are not already an active member.

Bosch Tools does not guarantee the ability to cancel an order.  We will do our best to cancel, but due to timing we may not be able to stop the shipment.

Most of the Bosch Tool offerings on the site include a 30 day refund.  Your eligibility for a refund may depend on the offering, duration since the transaction, the current state of the product(s), replacement availability, etc.  Bosch Tools holds the right to not refund shipping costs.

Bosch certified reconditioned tools have been thoroughly inspected by trained technicians at our National Reconditioning Center and are guaranteed to meet original specifications and performance levels. Total satisfaction is backed with a one-year repair warranty through our nationwide network of both factory and authorized service centers.

All factory reconditioned tools are covered under the same terms and conditions as the new tool warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase except as noted below:

  • Cordless tool batteries are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase
  • ProVantage Protection Plan is not applicable for reconditioned tools
  • Tripods and rods are covered for 90 days from date of purchase
  • Reconditioned tools/kits may not contain the identical accessories, cases and kit contents of the new tool version

All warranty repairs will be carried out through our nationwide service network of Factory and Authorized Service Centers. Your proof of purchase will be needed to establish proper warranty coverage. Please visit the Service Center Locator to find a location near you.

All orders are shipping using UPS Standard Ground. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.  Orders under $99 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee. Expedited Shipping (next day) is available for an additional $15.  We do our best to process all same day orders that are received by 2:00 PM CST Monday-Friday.  Shipping times vary.

We understand how important it is for you to minimize downtime and get back on the job. The Bosch E-Repair will provide you a faster way to submit your tool information and customize your repair request. With a few clicks you will have a prepaid UPS shipping label to send your tool in for repair. You will be able to send to one of our 500+ Bosch Authorized Service Centers near you.

Follow the steps below to ensure your power tool or measuring tool will be repaired quickly by one of our trained technicians using genuine Bosch service parts.

  1. Fill out the E-Repair form.
  2. Print your completed E-Repair form and include it with your packaged tool.
  3. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label.
  4. Drop-off the box at a regular UPS drop-box or a UPS Store
